In RESPONSE to Lance Greyling's article, "SA's rural areas remain sidelined and neglected" (January 24), I felt moved to comment.
Greyling asserts, "The ID maintains that we will not adequately bridge the divides in South Africa unless we direct our attention and resources to bridging this rural/urban divide."
While he refers to service delivery, and other governmental issues, I wish to propose or introduce a new opportunity for members of the public to play their part, whilst the government does whatever they do.
