FED:National holiday road toll at 36
MELBOURNE, Dec 31 AAP - No fatal road accidents have so far been recorded on New Year's Eve.
However, the death of a South Australian cyclist on Friday took the national road toll to 36.
The 42-year-old Somerton Park man fell from his bike on Kauri Parade in Seacliff about
7.20pm (CDT) on Sunday and died in hospital on Friday, police said.
